YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT NO SUBMISSION BY YOU WILL VIOLATE ANY RIGHT OF ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK, PATENT, TRADE SECRET, PRIVACY OR OTHER PERSONAL OR PROPRIETARY RIGHT.

OLIVIA SONG™ CANNOT AND DOES NOT AGREE TO CONSIDER OR REVIEW EVERY SUBMISSION, AND IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF ANY MATERIAL POSTED ON THE OLIVIA SONG™ WEBSITE BY USERS. The interiors depicted in the OLIVIA SONG™ website are photographs of actual spaces designed by Olivia Song, owner of Olivia Song Design LLC, including but not limited to selection and/or design of furniture, wall treatments, window treatments, art, accessories, lighting, color, ambience, room proportion, and all other aspects of the space as relating to interior design.
